The Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health and Native American Fatherhood and Families Association (NAFFA) will partner to hold a conference entitled, Engaging the Strength of Family to Promote Lifelong Health: Lessons from the First Americans, featuring effective, family-based approaches to promoting life-long health. The conference will include leaders from national tribal organizations, Johns Hopkins institutions, private foundations, allied political leaders, and experts in family advocacy. The event will be live-streamed and will result in a post-conference report with recommendations for public and private sector action. The conference is free but RSVP is required.
